How Selling on PageantTree Works
A streamlined process that gets your inventory in front of the right eyes.
1. Create a Vendor Account
Set up your business profile in minutes. Add your logo, bio, and contact info so shoppers know who they're buying from.
2. List Your Inventory
Upload photos, price, and basic item details. You can list individual pieces or batches. Got a lot to upload? We'll help with bulk import options.
3. Connect with Buyers
Platform-Mediated Sales (Default): All new listings automatically use platform-mediated transactions with the Buy Button. Buyers can purchase directly through PageantTree with secure checkout. You'll receive notifications when items sell and can track orders in your Sales dashboard.
Legacy Listings: If you have older listings using the message-only model, buyers will contact you directly via messaging. You can convert these to use the Buy Button from the edit page or My Listings page.
4. Ship & Shine
For platform-mediated sales: Once a buyer purchases, you'll receive their shipping address. Ship promptly and mark the order as shipped with tracking information. Funds are released to your Stripe Connect account after the buyer confirms receipt or 3 days after delivery.
For legacy message-only sales: Coordinate payment and shipping directly with buyers through messaging.
